Places for a
life well lived.

Built around
real life.

A home is part of something larger: a street, a neighbourhood, a city. At Imani, we bring that perspective to the places we create across Metro Vancouver.

Our team’s more than three decades of construction and development experience inform a simple ambition — homes that bring lasting value to the people who live in them. Considered design, useful spaces, and a close connection to the neighbourhood are where that begins.

A sense
of place.

From a distinctive tower in Brentwood to an intimate collection of garden flats, our portfolio explores different ways to feel at home in the city.

Akimbo

In the heart of Brentwood, Akimbo brings an expressive architectural presence to Burnaby’s evolving skyline.

Its sculptural balcony forms give the tower a distinct identity. A collection of 345 homes joins retail and office space, bringing different parts of city life together in one connected setting.

TheWindsor

On Vancouver’s Kingsway, The Windsor brings 132 homes together with neighbourhood retail. Completed in 2021, the IBI Group design connects a 12-storey tower and a five-storey building around the everyday rhythm of the city.

Shine’s completed six-storey building and staggered balconies in Mount Pleasant

Shine

A part of Mount Pleasant’s story. Completed in July 2015, Shine introduced 90 homes and street-level retail at East 6th Avenue, adding to the life of an established Vancouver neighbourhood.

Savannah

A quieter scale of urban living. The Imani portfolio introduces 36 townhomes and garden flats on Vancouver’s Yukon Street — a more intimate collection within the fabric of the city.

Designed around
everyday life.

Good design starts with the person who will live with it. The way a floor plan flows. A garden that offers room to pause. The details and technology that make a day feel easier.

We consider these choices together, with attention to individual needs. The result we work towards is a home that functions beautifully, inspires its residents, and remains relevant as life changes.

We’ve got history
in this town.

Our roots run through Metro Vancouver. Imani’s family-owned partners, Golden Globe Construction and Villa Roofing, have contributed to major building projects across the region. That experience is part of the foundation we build on.

We care about what comes next, too. Homes designed for people to live in can bring life to their surroundings — supporting local streets, strengthening neighbourhood connections, and contributing to a richer city.
